The product is according to IEC62275 standard. The plastic cable tie is made of PA 6.6. This type of plastic cable tie is for general use but indoor environments and away from sunlight. It is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and it will decay in long –time exposure of sunlight. The 6.6 plastic cable tie has the natural color of PA 6.6 (almost white) but the other colors can be produced according to the request. Black color is more suitable for hot and dry environment.
The plastic cable tie like other polyamide products is impressive and sensitive to weather conditions so it should be stored in cool environment with 50% humidity. This product is packed in vacuum bag and it is essential to be kept in its package till the using time. The best time of using is in 30 days after the opening of the package.
